In this paper we present a result which modifies Moreau's theorem [1] on linear consensus problem over time-varying directed networks. Our result uses integral connectivity on varying-length intervals to characterize the consensus criterion and conditionally allows the Laplacian matrix to be unbounded. Some examples are given to show the details of the result.
Based on a generalized chaos synchronization theorem for discrete-time systems, this paper introduces a new 4-dimensional generalized chaos synchronization system. A chaos-based pseudorandom number generator (CPNG) is designed based on the new system. We use the FIPA-140-2 tests issued by the National Institute of Standard and Technology to verify the random properties of the binary number sequences...
With the rapid development of power industry and the deterioration of ecological environment, more and more people began to study alternative energy. However, in the current energy environment, the study on economic benefits and environmental benefits generated from energy alternatives isn't perfect enough, that makes energy alternatives could not get good promotion. Therefore, take hot water supply...
Two-dimensional scatter-difference discriminant analysis not only essentially avoids the small sample size problem which occurred in traditional Fisher discriminant analysis, but also saves much computational time for feature extraction. In this paper, by analyzing the equivalence and the intrinsic essence between two-dimensional scatter-difference discriminant analysis and traditional one-dimensional...
