DOT-IMAGER was a collaborative project between physicists, chemists and biologists from the academic and industrial domains aiming at the development of new multimodal and specific markers, with their associated imaging techniques. The partnership included CEA (SHFJ and SMMCB), the Laboratory of Spectroscopy in Polarized Light of ESPCI, and Mauna Kea Technologies (MKT), as the project leader. DOT-IMAGER covered the aspects of marker synthesis (ESPCI-SMMCB), functionalization and tests on animals (SHFJ), and the development of dedicated in vivo microscopic imaging techniques (MKT).
