Humidity and temperature sensing electric properties of pristine Fe2O3-Co3O4 nanoparticles and its nanocomposites were measured after fabrication of the sensors. Fe2O3-Co3O4 nanoparticles were synthesized via cheap, simple and low temperature method while its nanocomposite were prepared by mixing with different ratio of polymer adhesive. It was found that the impedance magnitude of the pristine and its composite samples decreased 3.33 and (2.31–3.00) times while the capacitance increased 3.50 and (1.89–3.33) times with an increment of relative humidity in the range 25–95% at 1kHz respectively. It was found that with the change of temperature in the range of 25–70°C, the value of impedance of the samples decreases 1.34 and (1.33–1.8) times. The average temperature sensitivity of the samples was found to be −0.533%/°C and −(0.555–0.988)%°C−1.
