In this paper we propose a new method for the design of the full order H∞ filter for a class of linear singular delayed systems with unknown inputs and bounded disturbances. The proposed procedure is based on the unbiasedness of the state estimation error and on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii stability theory, where the optimal filter gain implemented in the proposed design is a solution of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The proposed approach is tested on a numerical example and the results were successful.
