This paper reports an attempt to generate production-ready embedded software for a digital controller of two phase double-ended forward converter designed as a part of server power supply. We developed an automatic code generation environment based on MATLAB/Simulink, and made a controller model which realizes an appropriate execution management. Newly developed custom block enabled it. Furthermore, we developed several methods to improve execution time of the generated software. The developed methods enable the use of assembly language libraries, execution of functions from RAM, and efficient write to the resisters by automatically generated software. The software generated with the developed methods achieved 1.6 times faster calculation than the software generated without the methods. As a result, execution time less than 10 microseconds was achieved with a low cost embedded processor. The effectiveness of the generated software was also confirmed by converter control experiments and communication experiments.
