With the rapid development of social media, how to effectively motivate customers to meet and achieve the purpose of publicity has become an urgent problem to be solved at present. This paper aims at exploring the impact of social media information strategy in enterprise micro-blog on customer perceived support and customer recommendation. Through the empirical analysis of 388 valid random samples, the results show some useful conclusions. First, the information entertainment strategy, real-time strategy and interactive strategy in social media strategy have significant positive effects on customer perceived support of micro-blog propaganda. Second, customer perceived support has a positive impact on customer recommendation. Therefore, enterprises should have a correct understanding of customer engagement affecting the micro-blog platform significantly. So, the enterprise should adopt effective social media information strategy, so as to improve the effect of customer recommendation.
