This current paper is a continuation of authors' previous paper [1] in which they began to bond induction machines' (IMs) vector diagrams with Finite element method (FEM). Today, as a numerical method, FEM is widely used for magnetic field calculations due to its accuracy and fast experimental prototype modeling. The goal of this paper is to theoretically introduce readers with a new methodology for IM modeling which merges an analytical (vector diagram) calculation with FEM. This current paper is written in more practical manner describing vector diagram construction based on magnetic field calculations more detailed. This paper describes all basic theoretical steps for magnetic field analysis using FEM coupled with classical vector diagram theory.
