Experimental test is an important part of detecting the performance of deep-sea operation equipment. The deep-sea pressure environment simulation device is used as a device to detect the performance of deep-sea operation equipment. The requirements of the equipment are also rising. In order to ensure the reliability of the data from the deep-sea operating equipment, it is necessary to simulate the pressure of the deep-sea pressure environment and test the equipment. Therefore, it is of great significance and practical value to study the deep-sea pressure environment simulation device and constant pressure control system. According to the actual requirements and technical indexes of the pressure control system, the pressure simulation device of the deep-sea pressure environment — 60MPa pressure Chamber was designed and developed, and the performance analysis of the 60MPa pressure chamber was carried out by ANSYS finite element analysis software.
