The islands have plentiful renewable energy resources. Fully use of these renewable energy sources will greatly improve the power supply capacity and quality of the offshore micro grid. Considering the randomness and intermittence of the output of these renewable energy sources, it is a good choice to add energy storage devices into the grid to improve the reliability and stability of the system output power. Therefore, how to scientifically and rationally configure the capacity of new energy power generation equipment and energy storage devices becomes an important issue. In research, it was usually regarded as a multi-objective optimization problem, but the solution is usually the Pareto solution set, the decision makes need to choose a better solution which is suitable for practical engineering problems according to their experience, but in real life their experience is usually limited. Therefore, in this paper two methods-fuzzy theory to get the compromise solution recommended and game theory to get the Nash equilibrium, were proposed to solve the problem of Pareto solution set and joined it into the designed software. The methods that proposed in this paper increase the practicality of the software and provide a great help to design the micro grid on the independent island.
