Polymeric Nanoparticles
In article number 2300801, Liang‐Yin Chu, Wei Wang, and co‐workers develop a spontaneous confined nanoemulsification strategy to facilely fabricate sub‐10 nm uniform polymeric nanoparticles by template synthesis of nanoemulsions. The strategy employs a self‐confined reaction with highly accumulated surfactants in chemically‐active droplets to achieve enhanced molecular‐level interfacial instability for creating sub‐10 nm nanodroplets, and allows controllable fabrication of uniform sub‐10 nm polymeric nanoparticles with efficient drug encapsulation in continuous, scalable and low‐energy manner.
