This paper establishes the index system of the safety evaluation of navigation environment from perspective of which affects the navigation safety. After that, Bayesian network security evaluation method is introduced and the fuzzy set theory is combined to construct a safety state evaluation model. Then the safety condition of the navigation environment is expressed in the form of safety probability.
As for the current water traffic safety in Wuhan waters, we make use of the cloud model to assess it respectively from the aspects of human factors, hard conditions, policies and regulations, environmental factors. Firstly, build the system of the assessment levels and the navigational safety factors' set; then analysis each factor with the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) by taking advantage...
The navigation-aid information is the basic and one of the most important information for the marine traffic safety. The reasonability of the placement of aids to navigation will directly influence the marine traffic safety, and also have a close relation with the efficiency of the maintenance of the aids. Because of the development of ports and fairways, the increasing demands of the seafarers on...
In order to promote maritime safety and reduce the loss of life and property, and achieve a safer navigation, cleaner oceans goal, this article assessed the ship traffic control safety from four aspects of the ship, namely “ships, navigation environment, people, management”. By researching the method of the safety evaluation, this article provides a valuable reference of the ship safety, and an effective...
Principal component analysis (PCA) is applied to determine the relative weights of the quantitative evaluation criteria and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is applied to determine the relative weights of the qualitative evaluation criteria. Finally, the fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution is applied to rank the alternatives. Empirical results show that the...
In recent years, the substantial increase in the volume of e-commerce transactions, consumers have been gradually changing consumption habits and consumption patterns to online shopping, but due to the problems of the website credibility, network security and etc., many internet users are outside of e-commerce. Under this condition, this article, from the perspective of consumer satisfaction, study...
With the fast development of transportation at sea, establishing vessel traffic services (VTS) is reaching a new high tide in order to more effectively guarantee vessel traffic safety, protect maritime environment and increase traffic efficiency. Formal safety assessment (FSA) has been considered a powerful tool that can help ensure that limited resources are allocated scientifically for these purposes...
Runtime adaptations of applications generate new risks of bugs and unpredicted interactions that may lead the application execution to an unsafe state. Although execution supports are enough mature to implement such adaptation mechanisms, there is still a lack of formal foundations to support such a process. Our work consists in adopting a Model Driven Engineering approach to express adaptation safety...
