Przedstawiono charakterystykę wczesnej odpowiedzi limfocytów pomocniczych (T CD4+) osób z różną historią zakażenia wirusem odry na wirusowo-swoistą stymulację. Oznaczano obecność receptora CD69 oraz zdolność komórek do produkcji interferonu (INF) zależnej od rodzaju szczepu i dawki wirusa.
Oznaczono wpływ wielokrotnie powtarzanych cykli mrożenia i rozmrażania próbek surowic na wynik badania metodą ELISA obecności przeciwciał klasy IgG i IgM dla wirusa cytomegalii i wirusa odry.
